Delivery policy

All our services are delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped physically.

Draft for verification

• Non-Ind AS standalone: within 3 working days
• Ind AS, and all consolidated financial statements: within 5 working days

The time runs from receipt of all required documents, including the financial statements in Excel. If we raise a query, the time is paused until your reply is received. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. The draft PDF carries the watermark "XBRL Vault – Draft for verification only".

Corrections

Corrections you point out are made and the revised draft is sent to you again, usually within one working day.

Final files

After you approve and pay, the final pre-scrutinised XML and PDF are made available for download, along with the key-points report. Files are sent from support@xbrlvault.com and, once our client portal opens, made available there.

Availability

Final files remain available for download for 90 days from delivery, after which all files are deleted automatically. Please keep your own copy.
